Our career advisory service provides valuable guidance and support to individuals seeking clarity and direction in their professional lives. As diverse as humans are, everyone has their unique career-related needs too and they vary based on individual circumstances and aspirations.

The Y-CREP program is a comprehensive and dynamic 4 months program offered to equip young individuals with the essential skills, knowledge, and resources needed to navigate their career journeys successfully. This program aims to empower youth, aged 16-25, with a solid foundation for-

• Career exploration for youth to gain awareness of the different industries, roles and paths available to them;
• Development of essential skills and values for success in school, workplace and self management;
• Career readiness competencies and concepts for improved opportunities;
• Post-Secondary Education options and informed decision-making about their future.

The Y-CREP program takes a holistic approach to career readiness, addressing not only technical skills but also crucial socio-emotional competencies, life-long career management skills required for success in the rapidly evolving job market. A good feature of our program is that it is flexible and adaptable to the needs of the participants, the evolving needs of the job market and emerging career paths.

The Y-CREP program comprises 3 Phases-

• Phase I: Pre-Program Activities and Onboarding
• Phase II: Program Delivery and Implementation
• Phase III: Post Program Evaluation and Support

Through a combination of –

• Diverse Assessments for clarity and direction;
• 12- Module Work Readiness Workshops for skill development and enhancement;
• Individual Coaching Sessions for goal setting, clarification, execution, review and accountability;
• Group Sessions and participant presentations;
• Practical experiences and projects, participants are put through a transformative learning journey that enhances their school to work readiness.

This equips young individuals with the right mindset; skills, knowledge and confidence to make informed career decisions. It sets a strong foundation for their professional growth, long-term career development and them on a path towards personal fulfillment, meaningful employment or entrepreneurship.
