All our workshops are highly interactive from the time of engagement of our services to the end. Each workshop as a foundational stage is structured to allow participants challenge their mental models as a tool to guarantee knowledge exchange and experience. The impact of our delivery method targets immediate use of knowledge, behaviour shift and ownership. Hence our delivery format comprises-

  • Pre-Training Assessment: To evaluate mental models, assumptions, knowledge gaps and expectations for better engagement at the workshops. 
  • Workshop of Training Curriculum: The workshop is delivered in three (3) combined approaches to ensure knowledge transfer
  1. Content Knowledge: Theoretical principles, Concepts and ideologies
  2. Tools and Resources: Frameworks, Pathways for application,
  3. Simulation: Identifying Habits for and against, Practical Real-Life-Scenario Challenges for resolution (This creates opportunity to apply new or reinforced knowledge to real-life cases and current situation participant(s) are struggling with to ensure proper understanding of subject matter) 

Post-Training Assessments: Assessment of understanding of the principles and practices. Reinforcement assessment tool for on-the-job observance assessment scoring.
