Brand Executive
  • Grow our position and differentiate our brand in the mind of our customers.
  • Liaise with the business development team to implement strategic marketing plans to help achieve business objectives.
  • Design and manage necessary marketing tools to enable distribution and sales channels to reach targets.
  • Manage relevant internal and external communication to build the brand.
  • Contribute to reputational risk management of the brand.
  • Supervise and maintain branding platforms.
  • Keep abreast of the competitor landscape and provide insights to business.
 • At least three (3) years experience in brand or product management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Skills in advertising, design and production of promotional materials.
• Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design, covering mockups, web design and multimedia presentation, etc.
• Knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript.
• HMO experience in similar role is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines
• Professional writing and communication skills cutting across formal and informal audiences.		 • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Fine arts, Graphics Design, Advertising or related field.
• Professional qualifications in Marketing, Design and Brand Management is an added advantage
CHIEF OPERATIONS  OFFICER • Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the HMO.
• Responsible for the leadership and management of HMO services, support the objectives and goals of the Company as well as manage and report on the performance of various functional units within the organization.
• Manage the daily activities of the HMO ensuring that operations, systems and processes are properly coordinated and implemented.
• Ensure that adequate systems and processes are maintained to measure and monitor Company’s effectiveness, efficiency and quality of its healthcare delivery.
• Design and set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.		 • Knowledge of innovative technological advancements in managed health care.
• Minimum of 7 years in a Senior Management position with an accredited HMO.
• Available to travel within and outside Lagos for operational activities.
• Must have sound business acumen and good marketing skills.
• Must be able to interpret financial data/reports.
• Experience in revenue management and understanding of payment methodologies within managed care products.		 • Possession of a master’s degree in a relevant field and /or degree in the medical field from a reputable institution.
• Professional qualification(s) in relevant fields.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE • Serve as liaison between the business, its enrollees and providers, handling all internal and external calls into the Business Office.
• Handle enrollee complaints, proffer appropriate solutions, document interactions, escalate and follow up on issues not immediately resolved.
• Handling billing concerns, complaints, verification, inquiries, referrals and authorization requests from health care providers.
• Provide accurate, valid and timely information to potential and existing enrollees on plans and payment options available.
• Efficiently manage large pool of incoming and outbound calls, emails.
• Responsibly manage matters of confidential nature, and handle all privacy guidelines pertaining to medical information.		 • 1-3 years’ experience in customer service delivery within a technology environment, ideally a service desk or trouble-shooter role.
• Must have pleasant phone personality, emphasizing tact, empathy and patience.
• Excellent communication, typing skills.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Ability to multi-task prioritizes and manages time effectively.
• MustUnderstandandspeakfluentlyatleastoneNigerianativeLanguageotherthanEnglish Language.
·         A tertiary qualification (e.g. related to Information Technology) and/ or equivalent experience.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment another IT systems is required.
